We here have decided to profile amazing St. Clair businesses who make our community so vibrant. This week, it’s bakery Fleur du Jour.
This artisanal French pâtisserie by St. Clair and Bathurst houses the kind of pastry goodness we could all use right now. They may make some of the best croissants in the city. And that’s just the start.
Their patisseries include treats like cakes and tarts, while their viennoiserie offering include the likes of croissants and danishes. And no, we still haven’t decided which ones are better. There is a wide range to choose from, between the flavourful choux orange, the irresistible apple tarts, or any number of their lauded treats. When it comes to traditionally-made baked goods, it doesn’t get much better than here.
Many of the patisseries also come gluten-free, and are available for takeout.
With Mother’s Day around the corner, indulging in some outrageously delicious treats from Fleur du Jour will be a great way to celebrate the ones we love. (Not to mention you’ll get a chance to enjoy a few baked goods yourself).
