I have a problem with writing, and it merely stems from me not being all that bright. If I were to write something, however, it would go a little something like this:

There once was a fellow during the warring states era of ancient China who went by the name of Sun Tzu. He was a philosopher, a poet, an educator, a warrior, a tactician, a strategist, a general, and most importantly, a soldier of fortune.

He’s pretty much the guy who wrote the book on war, actually, no joke, he did write the book.

Now, to us, the real estate market is like war. We know very little about war or real estate for that matter, but we are clever enough to understand if you are going to partake in either, it would behoove you to employ the best advocates out there lest they be hired to work against you.

So, we went about hiring Loewith Greenberg & Company much the same way we would have looked for someone to protect us from invading warriors; simply put, only the best would suffice. And like the best, Jennifer and Michael were not hard to find…because that’s just kind of what the best do, they make themselves available then tell you what, how and when they are going to do what they do.

Long story short folks, we sold our house for over asking in three days. Three days! We’re sure Sun Tzu would’ve been impressed.

Our successful home sale was entirely predicated on the talent, experience, professionalism and most certainly the patience of Jennifer Greenberg and Michael Loewith. For us, the question is not why would we go with Loewith Greenberg & Company? The question is, how could you not?
